Questions
What people ask us most. If your question isn’t here, message us and we’ll answer it.
Booking and visiting
Do I need to book?
It's best to. Book online: choose a treatment and a time, or a day if it has no online times yet, and the clinic confirms it. If you're nearby, you're welcome to ask at the clinic whether there's a free slot.
Treatments
Do I need a consultation first?
Before your first treatment, Nurse Guen looks at your skin and your medical history and explains what the treatment involves. Some treatments are only offered after a consultation. Book a visit to talk it through and she'll tell you what's suitable for you.
Why do I have to sign a form?
Some treatments, such as laser hair removal, need a signed consent form. It sets out what the treatment involves and what to expect, and asks about your health. Nurse Guen goes through it with you, and the treatment doesn't start until it's signed.
If the clinic updates a form, you'll be asked to sign the new version at your next visit.
Paying
How do I pay?
Cash, GCash, Maya, card or bank transfer. You can also split a payment between them.
What is a package?
A set of sessions of one treatment, bought together, such as three sessions, or four with a fifth free. The clinic records every session you use, so you can ask how many you have left at any visit.
Your information
Who sees my information?
The front desk sees your contact details, bookings and package balances. Your consent forms, medical history and treatment notes can be opened only by the clinic's nurses and its owner, and every time one is opened, the system records it.
