Who looks after you
Nurse Guen
- Nurse Guen and her husband, Nurse Arnel Fernandez, also a registered nurse, built Hermosa Glow together, “with faith, hard work, sacrifices, and a genuine desire to help others feel confident in their own skin.”
- In 2026 they took their oath as members of the Professional Aesthetician Association of the Philippines, whose mission is to raise the standards and credibility of Filipino aesthetic professionals. As she put it: “This recognition inspires us to keep learning, improving, and raising the standards of aesthetic care.”
- Both were honoured at the Maharlikang Filipino Awards 2026: Nurse Guen for Beauty and Skin Care Leadership, and Nurse Arnel as a Trailblazer in Aesthetic Business Operations.
- Registered nurse
- Certified Medical Aesthetician
- Certified Professional Aesthetician, Level 3, from TESDA

- Maharlikang Filipino Awards 2026: Beauty and Skin Care Leadership
“Every client who trusts us becomes part of our journey.”
Consent
Some treatments need a signed consent form before they start.
Nurse Guen goes through it with you
The form explains what the treatment involves and what to expect, and asks about your health, so she can check it is right for you.
You ask anything, then sign
Nothing starts until the form is signed, and you can ask her anything before you do.
It is kept private
Your signed form is kept in private storage that only the clinic's nurses and its owner can open, and every time one is opened, the system records who opened it.
A new version is signed again
If the clinic updates a form, you'll be asked to sign the new version at your next visit.
Treatments that need a signed form
- Skin Rejuvenation
- Skin Whitening
- Acne Laser
- Laser hair removal
- Exilift
Treatments offered only after a consultation need a signed form too.
